Money down the drain. There are dozens of email apps for Mac. The guys from Airmail never answered any of my following mails. And we conquered that it was a software bug. But I talked about it with our IT guy nonetheless. I told them that I had worked in IT support myself. I contacted support, they asked me to try a few things that I had already tried and they ended up telling me to contact my sysadmin. Until I tried to link them to my Exchange account on our LAN. I too bought the two versions and was quite happy with them. for what purpose? then they are even less findable than before. Excellent - I can now automate the process of organising emails. Or something as simple as "find an email in my Sent Items". You can't even search just within a single folder - so it's fabulous when you get back a billion search results from spam and junk mail which completely obscure the actual emails you may be looking for. I rely on being able to search historical emails and quickly pull up something important, and the basic ability to search is non-existent. Airmail's tech support asked for screen caps and videos of the problem (which I sent) and then didn't bother to reply to multiple messages. I paid for the MacOS and the iOS versions but finally gave up and deleted them when the apps couldn't even reliably search for messages in my mailboxes. Airmail looks great! Unfortunately it's really buggy and despite the appearance of great customer service (a customer service agent is almost always available to chat - and will then ask you to mention their name in positive App Store reviews which is weird) but actual, longstanding bugs are not taken care of in an acceptable timeframe (or ever?).
