![]() I am also unable to submit bug reports as well. The game crashed a couple of times before that, but I saved constantly so it was only a mild inconvenience. The last thing that I did was build a power cell charger in the Cyclops, saved while still in the Cyclops, then left. Every time that I try to access my save file, the game crashes while loading it. So I cannot access my save file to the original Subnautica on Nintendo Switch. Leaving the base for 200m helps but as soon as i come back and enter one plattform once the bug appears again. If i leave the area for e.g 200m and then come back to the base, sometimes i can enter "seemotte/builderplattform" once, but if i leave it again the "A" button is not showing up. leaving the area like, visiting the island via the portal won't help either changing languages in game or system language does not help restarting the game or drowning does not help Scanner room, camera viewer shows super wired textures. (But i can use all devices in the base)ħ. In my base, i can't take poster from the wall. Can't build/deconstruct base-parts like platforms or any other.Ħ. I did open all doors also the captains cabine)ġ. (Checked all rooms in Aurora and got some blueprints there. ![]() Since i came back from Aurora some strange bugs appears at my base. Sometimes I would survive and crash halfway back but there is definitely a memory leak somewhere and guessing its procedural. I was relocating my base and it crashed after I got to my new base 1.2k away everytime. Alot of the memory issues occur if you travel 1k and back or in varying directions along with going up or down. Just observations I've noticed when playing it. Further proving it's a memory issue is if your are to save before you feel a crash coming and exit and load in without quitting the game, the game will crash because it didnt reset the memory as intended and only closing out the game will fix it. The stutters from the original were from it reallocating the memory but not crashing, but below zero crashes when it gets into heavier zones due to memory not being freed up as intended. There is a memory issue where it still retains where you've been versus clearing it like in the original. Hope someone is able to help me/us.I tried reporting this through the game but I did figure out what it is and why the original does not suffer from the same issue. Games like COD Warzone run smooth and stable without any issues. Turning on/off ASUS GPU Tweak II didn't help Yesterday I was able to play Below Zero for like 1,5 hours but this evening it crashed 2 times within like 10-30 minutes. Although I just tried continuing a save game from December 2019 which probably is from an older version of the game but don't think that's the reason for the crashing as also Below Zero is crashing where I started a new game. Subnautica is crashing pretty much instantly. Subnautica and Below Zero both crashing randomly also resulting in a black screen with monitor saying "no signal" and all I can do is press the on/off switch at the back off my pc. That doesn't seem to work with SBZ though. Radeon drivers 20.10.1 (latest available)įor the record, I was able to play and complete the original Subnautica only by using the -force-opengl switch. I'm not posting another DXDiag dump as nothing changed since the prior one. There is no output log in the SubnauticaZero_Data directory. Got to play almost a full minute before it crashed when I jumped in the water. Tried -force-opengl in Steam launch settings. Game still crashes seconds after starting. Not sure if this switch still works but if so it had no effect. Tried -force-d3d9 in Steam launch settings. Just as before, audio continues playing for a short while but that's all. ![]() SBZ seems to be worse than the original, crashing within seconds of starting the game. This is the same issue I had with Subnautica before using AMD Radeon drivers: game crashes randomly resulting in black screens and no way to recover without a power cycle.
